I have never been able to figure out which icon i use to send an email in

Outlook, but you have to set up an e-mail account first..

On your Standard tool bar I believe it's the fourth icon in is a button that
says email if you hold your mouse cursor over it. It will send it as a body
of an email. Or you can go to File-Send and choose your option...as a body
of an email, as an attachment and so on. The button looks like a little
letter with an envelope behind it. It is hooked into Outlook or Outlook
express. It's like a toggle though to get rid of the To: CC: and etc you
have to click on the button again.
