What is a "search key"?

What is a "search key"? I got an error message containing this phrase when
trying to import data to Access 2007, but don't know how to interpret it.

The error sometimes indicates a corruption in the database.

Try opening the original database, and performing a compact/repair:
Tools | Database Utilities | Compact/Repair
or in Access 2007:
Office Button | Manage | Compact/Repair
