What is an effecient progam to open animated .gif files (view only

I believe the default program to view .gif files in Office 2003 is "Picture
Mgr". In older versions it was MS Photo Editor. Neither of these programs
have the capability of viewing animation. I'd like to find something fast,
easy and efficient that has the capability of viewing .gif files with
animation. "Editing" .gif is not an issue.
I'm Running win/xp professional v.2002 sp2.
Any ideas would be appreciated - Thanks

You might want to ask in a graphics software newsgroup. This newsgroup
is for the database program Microsoft Access, and I *do* know that it
is not capable of doing what you ask!

There are lots of graphics programs out there. One I like is IfranView
(http://www.irfanview.com).
