Hi Fayyaz,
Without know what you already have learned and what you're interested in,
it's difficult to recommend anything specific. As a general suggestion,
visit http://office.microsoft.com and click the Training link on the left
side. You'll probably be offered a page in whatever language is set as the
default in your browser; I get a page in US English at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/default.aspx.
Look through the courses offered on that page, and study any that interest
you. Ones that would be useful in a business environment include "Format
your document with styles", "Headers and footers", "Use mail merge", and
"Tables".
There are a number of tutorial articles at
http://word.mvps.org/Tutorials/index.htm. Also click the link for
"Free-to-access articles on other sites" and visit the TechTrax site
(http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMIssue.asp?ISI=0) for many
more tutorials.
