I prepare several newsletters usng Publisher. Printers would prefer getting
PDF file rather than hard copy. Can you recommend reliable, economical

PDF995 is completely free, however I am not sure it converts correctly to
CMYK if You need that. But try it, It's free.

When I try to Print Merge to a PDF from Primo it will print the first 3
records to the pdf and then try to create a new pdf for each additional
record. so let's say I have a merge with 10 records - it will print the
first 3 out to 1 pdf (3 pages) and then create a separate pdf for each of the
7 records left. What I'm looking for it one pdf with all 10 records (aka 10
pages)

I don't know about Primo, but in Acrobat you can combine PDF files. In the Primo
program, file, look to see if there is a "multiple files" selection when you
click create PDF.

Another thought, in step 5 of the Mail and Catalog Merge wizard, create a new
publication. All the publication will print to the PDF printer.
