This feature is used in conjunction with Active Directory (AD)
synchronization in Project Server 2003. The system enables the Clear User
AD GUID option only for those users with Windows User Account authentication
and with an associated Active Directory Globally Unique Identifier (AD
GUID). If you clear the AD GUID for any user, you prevent any further
automatic updates from Active Directory for that particular user, but do not
remove that user from the Enterprise Resource Pool. Hope this helps.
