what is error code 0x800cccc60 and how do I fix it?

I am having trouble with this code popping up when it tries to retrieve my
mail, but only from the default email address and not the others. Can anyone
tell me how to fix this? This is in Office 2000, and I am using Windows XP.
This worked fine until we had to reformat my harddrive and reinstalled
everything.

Also, if anyone can tell me how to restore my Outlook from previous backups,
I would appreciate it.

That error code is for sending mail, not receiving - have you tried to send
a message? Are you receiving messages properly, but just get the error
code?
