What is "global office" for MS XP?

My employer wants to get "Global Office" for MS XP, what is this? I am not
able to find this anywhere. What could he be referring to?

Perhaps asking him what he means by "global office for MS XP" would
solve the problem, and save time and potential embarrassment.
