what is language of installation package not supported by system .

windows installer keeps asking for the source of misc paths, so i wanted to
uninstall and install program again, but the error message..."The language of
this installation package is not supported by your system." What can I do to
fix either of these problems.

This should fix the error message:
1. Launch "Regional and Language Options" from the Windows Control Panel.
2. Click on the second tab.
3. Check both of the checkboxes under "Supplemental Language Support" and
click OK. You will probably need your Windows installation CD.

These instructions apply for Windows XP. The steps are similar for other
versions of Windows.
