What is ldb ext?

Access file for vendors with budget codes. The user before us had it fixed
where you can only change the last 4 digits. It seems as it is locked. Also
what is "filename.ldb? (ldb?)

Jane,

Perhpas the field is just locked? You might want to go to Design View of
the form and adjust that. However, if you don't know what you are doing you
could easily mess something up so be careful. Perhaps make a copy and look
at it there?
