What is Microsoft LDAP Directory?

I just upgraded to Office2003. Every time I open Outlook, this window pops
up which says: "Windows LDAP Directory" on top, with some fields. It's easy
enough to close, but it's annoying.
How can I make it go away?

Remove the service from your profile. You should be using the Outlook
Address Book Service instead. Upgrade installations rarely go smoothly and
often leave you with incorrect settings like this. It's always best to
create a new profile if you upgrade to rid yourself of the incorrect
settings that an upgrade installation fails to correct.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select the LDAP service and click Remove.
