Patience! You will get an answer when someone who knows an answer gets
around to reading your post. Replying to your own message makes it look
like you already got an answer, and thus reduces your changes.
I did not mean to imply that Michael Middleton's reply was in any way
inadequate. It inexplicably did not show up on my machine until after I
replied, even though he posted it hours earlier.
