What is needed in the "E-mail server names" window?

When I try to scan to email I get the E-mail server window and I have no
idea what they want to go in the boxes. Therefore, I can not proceed past
that point. What are they asking for?

Ask your ISP or mail admin for the POP3/SMTP server names or the Exchange
Server credentials.
