What is one time data required

Hi

I am on the way to implement EPM solution in my org. the qs my boss is
asking is what is the one time data an administrator should put in? Another
is what is the most imp things to consider while implementing the solution?

I have created a testing environment and working on it and need these
answers before going for full implementation.

Yours is an extremely difficult question to answer in this newsgroup. Your
question reveals why companies hire Project Partners to answer that very
question. One of the things you should do is to create custom enterprise
Project, Resource, and Task fields that correspond with how your
organization categorizes projects, resources, and tasks. You should also
create custom enterprise Calendars for the unique scheduling needs of your
organization, both for resources and for tasks. Just a few thoughts. Hope
