Trying to install Microsoft downloads halted by message requiring
Installation Package PRO11.MS1. Where can I find this programme/package?

Hi Bob, regret that I have absolutely no CDs or paperwork of any kind. My machine was bought secondhand and I am floundering but thanks for replying.

If no CD, and no license, and no paperwork = No MS Office. What did you
actually buy? I would suggest taking inventory and determine what you
actually own of the software that is on the laptop.
