What is publishing calender to calendar.office.microsoft.com?

We have started getting this message. It wants you to enter your user name &
password for publishing calenders to calendar.office.microsoft.com. It is
very annoying and I can't find anything on Microsoft relating to it. I feel
like it has something to do with an update to Outlook 2007 Professional.
Anyone else getting this and found a solution??

it's the calendar publishing service on office online - right click on a
calendar and choose publish to internet, office online. Did you ever publish
a calendar or link to a published calendar? Look in tools, accounts -
published and internet calendar tabs.
