I have Office 2003 and I need to send around 100 photos via e-mail. What is
the best way to do this? What is the attachment capacity per e-mail?

Determined by your ISP. I wouldn't try to send this much via email anyway -
I'd give someone a link to a website, yahoo briefcase, shutterfly album,
etc.
