What is the best way to backup data in Outloook and BCM

Can someone please advise what the best way is to backup my Outlook and
Business Contact Manager. I use the File > Export > Outlook > Export to a
File > .pst > and then select all three folders in turn (personal folders,
archive folders and business contact manager - i click include sub-folders).
I also use the option "do not export duplicate items. The personal folders
size is close to 2MB, the archive file is 0.3MB and business contact manager
is 0.5MB.

Is there an easier way? What is File > Business Database > Backup - used for
and will this give me the same result as above?
