What is the best way to create switchboards in Access?

I am trying to create a switchboard for the first time. What is the easiest
way to do that with Switchboard manager? I would like to have multiple menu
levels.

Dear DJ:

Many would suggest that the easiest way to do this would be to ditch the
Switchboard manager, and create your own custom form for use as a
switchboard. This approach gives you complete control of the form and you
can customize it to your heart's content...
