What is the best way to put a form in my database on the web?

I have a database that tracks all of my students. I have a form that has
command buttons, to allow the student to view/print various reports, and a
form to let them request classes, based on availability. I need this
information to be live. Also, when anyone I work with, or myself, access it,
I need it to display my switchboard. If it is possible, I would be willing
to have one switchboard pop up at startup, on the web, that would have one
command button for students, and one for staff, if the students were not able
to access the staff portion. I am in a tight spot, so if anyone could help
me, I would really appreciate it!!!!!!

Basically, you need to redo almost everything to make a web application taht
has the same or similar functionalities as your Access app, maybe except for
the tables in your access file, if you can find a web hosting service
provider that allows Access database. Wep app is just to different from
desktop application (your Access application) to be converted to from Access
app.
