What is the capasity of the Outlook Contact file, i need 200+

My boss wants to set up a mass email contact list how many contacts can i set
up before it reaches capasity?

At minimum it's 16384 contacts in a folder (for small format PST folders) up
to unlimited for folders in an Exchange Server mailbox
