What is the difference between "insert>navigation" and "insert>web component"

ms office FrontPage 2003 sp2
win xp pro sp2

Both of these menu choices produce exactly the same options. What is the
difference?

You are right that they both take you to the same place BUT the "Navigation"
takes you straight to the navigation component within the web component
window... Saving you 1 click (If that is what you wanted)

Bob:

I see what you are saying. The difference is so trivial that I overlooked
it...

Thanks,
