what is the difference between multilanguage and unlisted ?

I would imagine a lot, but in what context?

Multilanguage implies that something (software perhaps) works to some extent
with more than one language - it doesn't specify how many or which
particular languages - just more than one

Unlisted languages are simply those that don't appear in a list. German is
unlisted in this list:

English
Swahili
