What is the difference between the regular and student version

It's my understanding that there is no difference in the program. But the
regular version can be used in a business setting, the student version can
be used in a home setting.

The none student one allows you to install on one desktop (home or office)
and on one laptop (two computers total), while I belief the student/home
version allows 3 computers in a home / student /family environment.

From a functional point of view, there are no differences. The only
differences are in the licensing agreements.
