WHAT IS THE KEYBOARD SHORTCUT FOR INSERTING THE DATE IN WORD

I believe there is a keyboard shortcut to insert the date into documents
without having to type the date out can anyone help

Press F1, search term Insert Date. Pick the method you want to use.
