I wanted to know if there is a limit to how many addresses you can have in
the "To" field.

i dont think outlook has a limit but some isp's will limit the number of
addresses in one message to prevent spamming.

If you want to send to many folks, please recognize that
many folks don't want their e-mail addresses divulged to
strangers. Please use the Bcc field rather than the To.

Many ISPs limit the number to 25 or 50. Most do not let you
know you have exceeded that limit and just truncate at
their limit. Commercial/business accounts can vary from
those limits. If you want to send what would be called mass
mailing, you generally must apply to your ISP, have a
commercial/business account and a fixed IP address.
