What is the maximum size limit for PST files?

I am using Outlook 2003, my archive folder is about 6GB, and I would like to
know the maximum size limit for personal email folder on Outlook 2003 before
it crashed. Does anyone have any suggestions? As I know, for outlook express,
the maximum size limit is about 2 GB, if the folder size is more than that,
then I cannot able to retrieve this folder any more. Does anyone have any
suggestions on the maximum size limit for Outlook 2003?

Outlook's Unicode PST starts with a maximum soze of 20GB, but that can be
adjusted upward with registry settings. The theoretical size limit is in the
the terabytes.
