What is the most efficient way to "archive" a project

Once a project no longer needs to be visible what is the easiest way to
archive a project? Does a way exist in project server?

There is no default method to archive completed projects, but the following

Does Archiving Projects in Server also archive the SharePoint libraries? If
not how would I do that?

No, the process we specify does not archive WSS libraries. If you actually
need to achive projects and WSS subwebs to another Project Server instance,
consider using the following tool:
