What is the name of the bar the Folders & Taks buttons are on?

I have looked everywhere for the name of what used to be called the views
bar. I know the views bar was removed to allow more room, however there is
still a bar with buttons on it at the bottom of the screen and I can't
explain it to anyone if I don't know what it's called, and I'm a teacher!

Do you mean the "Taskbar" where the buttons show when things are minimized??

The area of the Taskbar where the clock is, is called the System Tray or Systray for short.

No I mean the bar at the bottom of the FrontPage 2003 window, above the
status bar. In it are view buttons for Folders, Reports, Navigation and
Tasks etc.

I "think" it's simply called a Menu bar.

I don't think my students will take me seriously if I tell them to look at
their "Bottom toolbar". :)

I thought it was the views bar untill I read in Microsoft Help something
about there being more room thanks to the removal of the "Views Bar".
