What is the newest version of Office Visio for Enterprise Architec

We are using Microsoft Office Visio for Enterprise Architects (11.8207.8202)
SP3 (Visio 2003) for making database models and generate DDL scripts.

Is there any newer version of this software available, or soon to be released?

What tools from Microsoft are recommended for database design and script
generation?
