In the Folder List tree view pane, right-click on the root node of your
message store (often marked "Outlook Today"), select Properties, and
you'll find where is your .pst file. You can also use the File -> Data
Management menu.

Ask in the body of the message, not the subject.

The path to the PST is whatever you created it to be. PSTs aren't tied to
any particular folder.

By default, the path is %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You posted a blank message. The Subject header is used to intro your
message, not contain it. You give enough info in the Subject to let
readers know what is the *topic* of your post. You then compose your
description of your topic in the *body* of the message. Since you are
using OE to post to newsgroups, the body of your message goes in that
really big blank area at the bottom of the windows when you are
composing the message.
