What is the simplest way to insert boiler plate text in emails that I'm
writting. I'm looking for some kind of right click point and click system
without having to resort to a third party application? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks Ianroy, I'll look into it, I have had a superficial play about but
the way I have used it was not easy, it involved having to click this button
then scroll down a list (long list) then hit that...and it was not easy nor
simlpe.

Hi, Antony;
An easier way is to create an AutoCorrect entry. Select a piece of text you
want to re-use, then it's: Insert> AutoText> AutoCorrect. Make sure "Replace
text as you type is checked, then type a letter combination (you are not
likely otherwise to use) into the "Replace" field. I just tried it, and now
typing the word "res" autocorrected to my whole résumé. Pretty neat. I just
discovered that to use either method you have to be using Word as your e-mail
editor, but I assume you are doing that, or you wouldn't have found AutoText.
Best Regards,
IanRoy
