What is the true reason and Meaning of error 2030?

I keep getting this when I run my .ADP when it is in Read Only mode. The
error reads like this:

"The database '|' will be opened read-only because one of the following
occurred:"

What does this Pipe | symbol mean and where is it coming from?

I get this error when I am about to save a new record to the SQL Server
Database like this:

RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord

Someone please help. Thank you.
