what are the values for
'enter',
'back space',
'line break',
'column break',
'page break', and
'space' ?

Thank you, Ed. I get frustrated when I see people post "That looks like a
homework question", and then answer it. If I'd had a computer in school
maybe I would have gotten straight A's. But back then, you did it the hard
way - you read your books.
