Place the insertion point where you want to insert text displayed as Two Lines in One
On the Format menu, click Asian Layout, and then click Two Lines in One
In the Text box, enter the text that you want to insert as two lines compressed into one line.
The text that you enter is displayed in the Preview box.
To automatically enter brackets that enclose the two lines of text compressed into one line, select the Enclose in brackets check box, and then select the brackets you want to use in the Bracket style box.
Tip To delete text that is displayed as two lines of text compressed into one line, select the text and then press DELETE. To clear Two Lines in One formatting and revert to normal text, select the text that is displayed as two lines compressed into one, and then click Remove in the Two Lines in One dialog box
