Hi Rae,
There is no specific update level of an Office XP edition required to install an Office 2007 upgrade product. Office XP doesn't
even need to be already installed as long as you have the CD and that (if you're using an 'upgrade' package of Office 2007 that the
Office XP product isn't the Student & Teachers Edition.
