G'day mate,
Not sure if this will do it 4 u, but give it a spin:
1) from PWA / Amin
2) manage security / security templates
3) Select "Administrator" / modify template
3) in the "Views" section, make sure "Allow" checkbox is
on for "View Portfolio analyser"
