what previous versions can be updated to office 2003

According to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101754511033.aspx,
it does not qualify you for upgrade pricing on Office 2007. You could get
the upgrade version of Office 2003, if you can find a retail copy - it was
pulled from retail availability more than a year ago. Otherwise, you'll need
to buy the full version of Office 2007.
