What problems can I expect with 1000 hyperlinks?

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read.

I am making a large Excel file with hyperlinks between sheets.

The following explians what I plan to do with it.

But... I have just read that there can be problems with Hyperlinks.

Any thoughts would be gratefully accepted.

[Specification]
I am half way through making an educational file about Excel.
(Its an offshoot of the Excel Function Dictionary I made a few years
ago).

There will be 200 worksheets in it.

Each sheet will have 6 hyperlinks to other sheets within the file.
The hyperlinks will be on autoshapes, not by using the =HYPERLINK()
function.
(I believe these are known as 'object' links?)

The hyperlinks will provide a navigation menu, such as:
{Menu} {Topics} {Answers} {Help} {Next} {Previous}

I do not want to use any type of VBA or UDF as I have used these in
the past and people have had problems with virus / security issues.


[My Question]
What problems will I encounter with over 1000 hyperlinks in a single
workbook?
