what program can i use to link a cash registerthat has a pc link .

I am trying to use my Access program to track inventory. I am looking for a
way to link what i sell with what i have in stock? any sugestions would be
helpful or is there a way top creat a relationship with the info after it
goes into quickbooks?help??
