What program do I open OneNote 2007 Guide

I have OneNote 2007 programs that came on my laptop and it asks what program
to open them with. I don't know, can you help?

I'm not sure what you're asking about. What is the name of the file and
what is its extension?

There is a default user guide in OneNote which is delivered as a OneNote
Notebook. That should appear when you first open OneNote and should not
require any additional action to open.
