what program to use to open .pst files

I need to open several email files .pst that are stored. What program should
I use to open them with - or can I see the emails?

Yes they are MS Outlook data files and can be only opened with MS Outlook.
If they are in the latest Outlook version format they can only be opened by
this,later, version.
