what replaces frontpage...?

What has replaced Microsoft FrontPage and is it completely compatible with
the files I already have in FrontPage? I'm just trying to figure out the
easiest way to keep my web site updated now that I got a new PC. Is it
possible to but a legal version of the older Office suite that included
FrontPage? Any help would be appreciated!!!
