what stops me from opening 2002 MS Outlook?

When I hit the MS Outlook (2002) icon I get a message from MS stating "Run a
DLL on a APP has encountered a problem and has to close"

This prevents me from getting into MS Outlook where all of my filed emails
are located.

Start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). That loads
Outlook but not any of the add-ons you have installed into Outlook. If
it now loads okay, you have an add-on causing the problem.

When Outlook starts, it loads all enabled add-ons. If an add-on fails
to load, it interferes with the load of Outlook. When Outlook exits, it
must first unload all the add-ons. If an add-on won't exit, it
interferes with the exit of Outlook.
