When e-mail notifications are sent out about work/tasks being incomplete,
what does this REALLY mean. Is the message sent as a standard reminder, or
is it sent because a task is incomplete, an updated task? I assume, of
course, that its referring to the task itself, but why does it send an email
out then? Just because?
