What the difference between the hexagon and octogon boxes in an M.

your subject line got truncated and the only thing i could think you were
refering to was the network diagram view ... but i couldn't find any
octogons (only squares and hexagons)
so could you repost providing more details in the message body of the post.

Julie... I have a file that shows rectangles and octagons, but I don't know the significance of the octagons - they are not milestones. Tell me how I can send you the file... Tom

I just looked. The "rounded" corner one is actually an octagon, but the
angled sides are fairly small.
There is no inherent significance to any of the shapes. You can set the
style however you want.
You will have to ask the author of the file what the meaning is.
