What to backup and What is the best way

Hi,
For project server 2003 using WSS what are the items which should be backed
up and what should the best method to back up. So that in case of machine
failure we can restore everything. Assume we have everything on a single
machine.

From my understanding, you should backup project server database, sharepoint
content database, sharepoing configuration database and also use wssmigr.exe
to backup all project sites.
