what version of ms xml parser for 2003 web services toolkit

Microsoft says that the 2003 web services toolkit requires msmml 3.0
parser.

I have vists professional and IE 8.0

As far as I can tell I have XML 4.0 sp2 (per control panel list of
installed programs).

Should that work with web services toolkit?

msxml 3.0 is included with Windows 2000 SP4 and later versions. You don't
need to install it separately. Avoid msxml 4 and 5 in favor of msxml 6. At
present, msxml 3 and msxml 6 are the only versions being maintained.
