If you use Outlook and not Outlook Express, your data is stored in a ..pst file. Mine is located in the following folder on my XP Professional computer:
C:\Documents and Settings\carl\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
I have an Outlook.pst and an archive.pst that contain my data.
