My slide looks great on screen, but when I print it the formatting/font size
gets screwed up and won't fit on one page.
Print preview, and normal view look fine.

Hi Amy,

I do not know what is going on in your specific case, but my solution would
start with updating your print driver from the printer manufacturers
website. Make sure the a printer is installed locally, not just a networked
printer. I would also recommend updating your graphics driver, Office,
DirectX and Windows.

If the problem persists after all these updates, post back and give us a bit
more information (PowerPoint version, printer, etc.)
